Rubio-Delgado v. Aerotek, Inc.

Case No. 2:16-cv-01066

A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit for money damages from Aerotek for alleged violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Aerotek vigorously denies that it violated any law, but has agreed to the Settlement to avoid the uncertainties and expenses associated with continuing the Litigation. The Notice summarizes the proposed Settlement. For the precise terms and conditions of the Settlement, review the Settlement Agreement, available here.
